Aspen Versions

Aspen is available in two separate versions:

bullet The regular online version of Aspen is designed for multi-agency coalitions and requires Internet access. Client data is stored in a remote, centralized database.
bullet Aspen Local is identical to the online version in features and functions but it runs offline by default. Both the program and database reside on the host agency’s computer. Aspen Local is completely Internet-ready. With the purchase of a static IP address (available from
local phone companies), staff in remote offices can use Aspen Local to connect with the same database as staff in the main office.

Requirements & Security - Aspen software is compatible with any version of Windows® from Windows 95® on. It requires less than 10 MB of disk space and 20 MB of memory. Security is ensured through encryption of the Aspen software, database, and all communication with the database.

Affordability - The single agency version of Aspen is available for a one-time price of $950 plus a $100 annual upgrade and support fee. A statewide license can be ordered at a discount from the per-agency cost. There are no per-user charges for Aspen software. Training by telephone is available for a modest additional fee to get staff up and running or to assist with specialized data entry or reporting needs.

Demonstration Version - Demonstration versions of Alice and Aspen are available that showcase all features and allow entry of sample data. The demonstration version can be run on any computer that has Internet access and some version of the Windows® operating system. Email to request more information or a free copy of the Alice or Aspen demonstration version.
