Grant Review - Prior to submission,
we read grant applications with an eye towards how they will
be received by potential funders. Suggestions are offered for
compliance with guidelines, clarity of ideas, and compelling
language. |

Program Design and Evaluation
- We assist organizations to thoughtfully design programs which
respond to identified community needs, include clearly documented
outcomes, improve agency efficiency, and build relationships
among multiple organizations that offer lasting mutual benefits.
In Focus also serves as a technical advisor in the creation
of program evaluation plans. |

Facilitation - We
guide staff, volunteers, and governing board members through
the often formidable process of reaching agreement on program,
policy, and planning issues. |

Outcomes Measurement
- In Focus provides both training and consulting in the design
of program outcome measures and the tools for obtaining results.
We also prepare client and participant surveys and analyze results
as a core tool in the evaluation process. |
